​Spring Detox Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped kale or spinach (leafy greens)

  • 1 cup sliced asparagus

  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley (herbs)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  2. Add asparagus and radishes, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.

  3. Toss in kale or spinach and cook until wilted.

  4. Drizzle with soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs, and serve warm.
