Spring Detox Stir-Fry
Ingredients:

1 cup chopped kale or spinach (leafy greens)

1 cup sliced asparagus
-
1/2 cup sliced radishes
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
-
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
-
1 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley (herbs)
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add asparagus and radishes, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Toss in kale or spinach and cook until wilted.
-
Drizzle with soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs, and serve warm.
